劉偉勝先生，1972年5月出生，研究生學(xué)歷，法學(xué)學(xué)士，華中科技大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士，高級經(jīng)濟(jì)師。于1991年7月加入本公司，先后任公司銷售處業(yè)務(wù)科科長、市場部經(jīng)理、銷售公司總經(jīng)理助理、西南區(qū)域副總經(jīng)理(營銷)、總裁辦副主任、公司溝通與公共事務(wù)總監(jiān)、總裁辦公室(督辦)主任、公司組織&人力資源人才發(fā)展部部長?，F(xiàn)任公司人力資源總監(jiān)、華新水泥技術(shù)管理(武漢)有限公司總經(jīng)理、華新(海南)投資有限公司總經(jīng)理。自2021年4月起，出任本公司監(jiān)事。

Mr. Liu Weisheng, born in May 1972, obtained bachelor’s degree of laws, and master’s degree in western economies, senior economist. He joined the Company in July 1991. He has served as the business section chief of the sales department, marketing manager, assistant general manager of sales company, deputy general manager (marketing) of Southwest division, deputy director of the CEO's office, director of communication and public affairs, director of the CEO’s office (supervision office), the head of the Talent Development of the Human Resources Development. He is now the director of Human Resources Department, general manager of Huaxin Cement Technology Management (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and general manager of Huaxin (Hainan) Investment Co., Ltd. He served as a Supervisor from April 2021.
